Berlitz Business Seminar specialists conduct 1 or 2-day workshops to improve your know-how in such areas as "Intercultural Communication" and "Presentations and International Meetings".

Intercultural Communication:

Our "Intercultural Communication" seminar will introduce you to different cultures by means of their values, to attitudes affecting communication between speakers and to business customs. Initially you will be sensibilised to different cultural attitudes and traditions. The training will focuse on different types of communication, motivational skills and the exposure to hierarchical structures and conflicts. After completing our training you will be able to handle unusual situations well and convey to others that you are more familiar with their habits and culture than they may realize.

Presentations and International Meetings:

This workshop will not only teach you how to improve your speaking skills but also develop your soft skills and abilities in non-verbal areas. Guided by a videoanalysis of how you communicate we will focus on your personal strenths and weaknesses and improve your communication skills. After completing the seminar you will be prepared to give professional business presentations in fluent English, to participate actively in meetings and successfully hold your own in challenging discussions.
