More than 20 years of experience in intercultural training and coaching has helped Berlitz to design and individualise the ideal training content. This allows the participants to achieve an intercultural awareness and gain the competence, which enables them to communicate successfully, efficiently and with respect to different corporate and country cultures.

To meet the requirements of globalisation, our Business Seminars are based on a holistic approach: An individual's culture and its elements, the corporate culture and its elements and the national culture and its elements. All three of these areas are covered during our trainings and are described in detail in the course materials.

Raising awareness is the foundation for professional behaviour in the intercultural context. It has been proved that through understanding the behaviour of a business counterpart, an above average level of efficiency in intercultural teams can be reached.
It allows the client to discover and also understand the ‘typical' behaviour patterns of their business counterparts, thus allowing the client to use the most effective negotiation and communication methods during business operations.
