For example, the dimension "time": This point shows if you are an ‘on time' person and whether you orientate yourself on your past, your present or your future. The dimension "communication" shows if your communication style is direct or indirect, formal or informal or emotional or instrumental.
This tool facilitates comprehending your own personality and from this, you will now know how to utilise your personality ideally in both team and foreign operations. Possible "hazard zones" will be considered in the training thus creating synergies out of intercultural differences.
