Misunderstandings often arise due to different expectations. The most common causes of misunderstandings are, the communication style, hierarchy and balance of power and different ways of working and thinking.Our training is oriented around the requirements of the participants and allows an immediate transfer into the work practise through an interactive access.
This means for the participant:

- Increase of social and intercultural competence
- Raise awareness to other cultures and behavioural patterns
- Building of self confidence for successful communication
